Our latest Flocking rosé is bright and vibrant in the glass, and refreshing on the palate.  This wine is soft and velvety, with a more mineral driven essence. Floral notes ease into fresh strawberry and orange zest on the nose. Summer in a glass... pairs well with a pool.

A medium bodied blend of 30% Grenache, 40% Syrah, and 30% Mourvedre, all sourced from Kaerskev Vineyard in Los Olivos. This red shines in the glass, bringing notes of smoke and leather on the nose. On the palate, citrus notes of acidity balance well with minerality of earth and spice notes. Evolving and changing over time, this blend becomes lush and savory as the night winds down.... take your time with this bottle... it only gets better. 

FLOCKING FABULOUS Sauvignon blanc is light and crisp and opens up with notes of grapefruit and lemon. This Sauvignon Blanc has bright minerality, followed by green apple, and hints of lemon which shine through on the palate.  Aged in 100% in stainless barrels, this wine pairs perfectly with a salad, or a pair of swim trunks to enjoy whilst sitting pool side.
